Eg : Subang Jaya RM9 (RM9 per person) If two people are to participate in the photo shoot, then it will be RM9 x 2 (persons) = RM18 . So RM18 nett will be charged after conducting the photo shoot. We do NOT have hidden charges.
Q : How does the package differ from the ala carte?
A : It differs from the price charged & freebies. Some freebies are only available in the package deal.
E.g : Ala Carte - Subang Jaya (RM11) & Package - Subang Jaya (RM25)
Q : Why is it that the package deal is more pricey compared to the ala carte?
A : If you do a price comparison, Yes it may seem a tad bit more compared to the ala carte. But then again, there are some freebies in the package deal in which the ala carte does not have.
E.g : Package deal - 250 frames in CD whereas Ala Carte - 50 frames in CD.
Q : What is the " * " doing at the Group column?
A : The * represents the fine print at the bottom of the column which states "according to the number of persons". As said, the Group column is for individuals seeking for couple shoots/class photo shoots/friends in a group photo shoots etc. So the * is mainly to indicate that the fine print implies to the description.
E.g : Complementary drinks* (Means one drink per person)
This e-flier is mainly for customers that are keen on adding on some extra services on top of the ala carte/package one has chosen. We will have minimal charges for add on's.( Only upon request from customer. There is no obligation to add on.)
E.g : Customer A has chosen the ala carte in Subang Jaya(RM11). But he/she decides that he/she wants to apply heavy make up and needs our service. Hence, an extra amount of RM3 (as stated) will be charged extra on top of the existing charges. Therefore, RM11+RM3 = RM14. And RM14 nett will be charged at the end of the photo shoot.

Q : Is this a professional organization?
A : No, this is a non professional organization. We are high school students. We came up with the idea of this photo shoot service to raise funds for our up and coming senior prom night. Hence, the name 'Prom Night 2011'.
Q : Are there extra charges of 5% government tax and 15% for service on top of the price quotation stated?
A : This is to clarify that there is NO extra charges whatsoever. The price stated above are all NETT priced.
Q : Why does the price differ from locations? It is cheaper in USJ areas and most expensive in KL areas.
A : The reason is that we are based in Subang Jaya. So, we charge according to the distance from our radius. The farther the radius, the more we charge. This is because we bare the cost of transportation.
E.g : train passes,buses,cabs and etc.
Q : What type of cameras do you use?
A : Don't worry, we don't take pictures using digital cameras. We use SLRs. Yes, all three photographers.
Q : I want to sign up for this photo shoot! But where?
A : There are many ways you can contact us. Our FaceBook page, CBOX or text us! Just tell us the date & time that you are most comfortable with, the type of photo shoot of your choice and its all set.
Q : Is there an age limit for this photo shoot?
A : No, there is not! We take photos for all ages! Even your pets! :D
Q : Is this some kind of conn web site?
A : No we are not. It is safe to say that all of us are completely honest & devoted to raise funds only. This is a non profitable organization. ALL proceeds go to the funds that we are currently raising. We only request payment after the photo shoot has been carried out. Deposit payment prior to the photo shoot is NOT required.
Q : Photo shooting? Prom? It doesn't sync at all !
A : We are exploring different kinds of methods to raise funds. We make sure that all of our methods are legal and are under our parents' supervision. We take our responsibilities seriously and we try the best we can.
Q : The word "photo shoot" already gives out a negative vibe. People think that photographers request a lot from their 'muse'. To bare their skin & wear less. Is this one of those "photo shoots"?
A : Well, we, for one do not promote promiscuity and we strongly believe in self integrity. We will not, i repeat NOT demand you to perform provocative poses and give you the whole idea that "less is more" crap.
